Quotations and Contracts

Orders are accepted subject to our right to adjust prices quoted to take account of any changes in the law or Government regulations requiring us to increase prices by way of direct taxation, import duties, customs and excise duties or otherwise. The prices are based on today¹s current costs of production and in the event of any increase in wages or costs of materials to us occurring after the confirmation of the accepted contract, we shall be entitled to charge such increases to you.

Any price or quotations is subject to change at any point without notice, including advertised offers.

Delivery

We try our very best to process orders on the same day however normal order process time is around 1-3 days from the time of orders being placed.

During holiday periods such as Christmas, placing orders well ahead is recommended as we will not be held liable if your order is placed late and Postal Services no longer provide the service you require, any additional costs/fees i.e "First Class Postage" or "Tracked 24" due to Last Posting Dates by Postal Services and the like will be additionally charged and payable by the customer placing the order, please note we only provide a free 2nd class postage service on "Most" orders.

All deliveries will be charged at the prevailing rates applying at the date of such delivery.

Every effort will be made to deliver on time, but any delivery day specified is a best estimate and no liability is accepted for any late arrivals or damage arising from delivery of the goods although we will do our very best to take all necessary steps in providing you with goods packaged appropriately to the highest of standards. It is your duty to inspect all products purchased on delivery.

Claims

Claims arising from damages, delay or partial loss in transit must be made in writing to us, so as to reach us within 7 days of delivery.

All claims with regards to the quality or quantity of the goods shall be made in writing to us so as to reach us within 7 working days of receipt of goods or such goods shall be deemed to comply as to quality and quantity within the terms of the contract.

You must examine all goods delivered at the time of delivery. We shall not be liable for any loss arising from damage caused to the goods in transit unless loss or damage is noted on the delivery note at time of delivery.
